Baydo Development Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Officer to help drive our continued growth across Western Canada. You will identify new opportunities, build partner relationships, and support our development pipeline from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new development and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, municipalities, and stakeholders
  • Support feasibility analysis and market research
  • Collaborate with construction and design teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development, real estate, or construction
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the Western Canadian real estate market an asset
