Basic Function
Manages the unique sales processes and generates sales for the company (TAWITECH Inc.) through proactive listening, understanding, and translating of all client’s business needs to actionable user stories, collaboration with all software stakeholders, and sharing insights on competitors and technologies available in the market. Acts as the primary advocate for the development team.
Specific Duties
Manages the sales process - prospecting, data gathering, costing and proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing, as well as managing the trial period and project deployment (per software solution)
Analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, through user stories, and collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
Clearly identifies project stakeholders and client behaviors/characteristics vis-a-vis customer requirements
