We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and commercially driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Helsinki, and to grow our footprint with enterprise customers in EMEA area. If you enjoy building relationships, opening new markets, and driving deals from first touch to close, this is the perfect role for you.

About The Role

As a BDM, you will own both prospecting and closing, with a focus on finding and identifying new opportunities, engaging decision‑makers, and managing deal cycles independently. You’ll be the face of HappySignals in early conversations, creating interest, running discovery, and driving deals forward — with support from Sales team for larger opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone who has grown beyond BDR/SDR work and wants more responsibility, autonomy, and direct revenue impact. You’ll be supported by an onboarding path and by Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
