Business Development Manager

The Role

This is a sales-led role, one for someone who loves identifying opportunities, opening doors and turning conversations into meaningful commercial outcomes. You’ll blend proactive business development with recruitment delivery , working across three key groups:

• Lapsed or past clients ready to be re-engaged and reactivated
• New clients through targeted, strategic BD activity
• Existing customers where there’s untapped potential
