Business Development Manager

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to partner with our independent store owners and support them in optimising sales performance and long-term growth.

In this role, you’ll work closely with customers across all of Western Australia, building strong, trusted relationships and helping store owners grow revenue through targeted marketing initiatives, improved store standards, and an effective product mix.

As a genuine and authentic partner to your store network, you’ll take a proactive, hands-on approach - conducting in-depth store assessments, identifying opportunities, and implementing tailored action plans. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams including Merchandise, Marketing, Store Development and Distribution, to drive operational excellence and sustainable results across the network.
