About the role

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join Select Plant Australia based in Malaga, WA. The primary purpose of this role is to strategically acquire new customers and establish strong, meaningful connections with existing clients. Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving Select’s growth ambitions through revenue and share of wallet improvements. By understanding the market, the customer and delivering solutions.

  • Develop and present tender submissions, quotations, and tailored value proposition.

  • Apply approved pricing structures to clients and achievement of sales objectives.
