Queensland's construction industry is entering a period of sustained growth, driven by a $116.8 billion infrastructure pipeline, the 2032 Olympic Games and rapid population growth. This Business Development role is responsible for converting that opportunity into results across the Moreton Bay and North Brisbane region, managing a portfolio of approximately 30 Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.

Based at our Virginia branch, this role combines new business development with growing wallet share across existing accounts within the building, construction and hire industry. You'll engage confidently with C-suite and senior decision-makers, while also building strong relationships with on-site operational teams. This is not a junior or purely site-based sales role.
