The Role

Paylidify is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our Vancouver‑based Business Development Representative (BDR) and Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Reporting to the Vancouver‑based Regional Manager of Business Development, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales efforts, drive pipeline growth, and ensure your team generates high‑quality appointments with new SMB customers for Account Executives to meet sales goals. This crucial leadership position will be instrumental in scaling Paylidify's sales organization, nurturing talent, and contributing to significant team development and customer base expansion.
