We work directly with mortgage brokers to provide short-term loans to borrowers who can’t access traditional bank financing. Our borrowers are entrepreneurs, immigrants, young families, and people going through transition periods in their lives who don’t fit in a bank-defined box. They go to mortgage brokers, who help them get access to alternative financing through lenders like us. We market to our broker partners, who appreciate that we are transparent, efficient, and reliable, trusting us to get the job done day in and day out.
