Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and grow business opportunities for BSI’s assurance services (management system certification, internal and supplier audits) and ISO standards–based training. The role focuses on sustainability, quality, health, and safety across sectors including Manufacturing, Energy, IT, Services, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Built Environment, Food & Retail, and Government/PSU.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and executing annual operating sales plans
Promote and sell the full “One BSI” portfolio to new and existing clients within an assigned geography
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while managing the full sales lifecycle
