The Role:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the commercial growth of the Training Division through the development of new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships and identifying opportunities across the wider Group.

The role combines business development, consultative sales and key account management, ensuring clients receive training solutions that meet their operational and compliance needs.
