Job Description
Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for generating new sales leads, negotiating pricing, sales and revenue forecasting in order to maximize the organization’s profit.
- Leads and directs pricing strategy formulation and takes necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters;
- assists with pricing negotiations of customer’s proposals;
- prepares BAFO (Best and Final Offers);
- maintains and regularly updates the pricing history Masterfile;
- manages and supervises Business Development;
- executives/officers to support activities inclusive of new price generation and discrepancy resolution;
- tracks sales goals and reports results on a weekly basis;
- monitors other KPIs and proposes action plans on those indicators with gap;
- trains team members on how to become efficient in their day-to-day activities;
