Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for generating new sales leads, negotiating pricing, sales and revenue forecasting in order to maximize the organization’s profit.


  • Leads and directs pricing strategy formulation and takes necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters;
  • assists with pricing negotiations of customer’s proposals;
  • prepares BAFO (Best and Final Offers);
  • maintains and regularly updates the pricing history Masterfile;
  • manages and supervises Business Development;
  • executives/officers to support activities inclusive of new price generation and discrepancy resolution;
  • tracks sales goals and reports results on a weekly basis;
  • monitors other KPIs and proposes action plans on those indicators with gap;
