Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop new business opportunities and sales pipelines at targeted footwear brands e.g. Nike, adidas and their suppliers by leveraging strong understanding of market trend and needs, value chain, competitions, Lubrizol strategies and capabilities mainly in Taiwan and South East Asia

  • Hunt opportunities mainly in new applications e.g. shoe sole foams

  • Lead and support cross regional opportunity development with other regional staffs in Asia and global

  • Develop new customers and partnerships that further strengthen long term business growth

  • Develop a growth strategy in the responsible areas and execute regionally and globally with in and external key stakeholders, including efficient and effective brand portfolio management, product development and positioning, pricing, business case developments, robust pipeline of new business opportunities
