  • Managing and guiding the team’s operational and strategic tasks

  • Steering communication between the team and central stakeholders

  • Preparing and presenting decisions to PTW management and/or PAG

  • Controlling and monitoring the team’s budgets and risks

    • Implementation of the Omni-Channel (OC) Strategy

  • Leading a cross‑functional team to localize PAG’s OC Strategy

  • Integrating PTW’s physical and digital channels across the customer journey

  • Identifying pain points and deriving actions to improve the customer experience

  • Aligning with PAG and other markets to ensure proper implementation

    • Development of Porsche Taiwan’s charging ecosystem (“E-Performance”)

  • Expanding PTW’s charging network to improve coverage and customer experience
