About the Role

Our client is seeking a Business Development professional to drive commercial growth across Europe, building partnerships with pharma and biotech companies requiring outsourced sterile and injectable drug product manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across European pharma & biotech accounts
  • Sell CDMO drug product services, with a focus on:
  • Aseptic fill & finish
  • Non-sterile drug product (secondary focus)
  • Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline
  • Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Work closely with technical, operations, and leadership teams
  • Own opportunities from lead generation through contract execution

Experience Required

  • Proven Business Development / Sales experience within a pharma CDMO
  • Strong exposure to sterile, aseptic, or injectable drug product manufacturing
