We’re looking for a Business Development Manager in SME Lending.


Our client is seeking a managerial, market‑facing professional who excels in building trusted, long‑term relationships with small and medium‑sized enterprises—particularly asset‑backed SMEs that are underserved by traditional lenders such as rural banks, savings banks, and commercial banks.


This role is primarily remote, with an office based in Laguna, and requires occasional travel to meet clients across CALABARZON and NCR. If you have a strong personal network of SME entrepreneurs, and a proven track record in originating, structuring, and closing SME lending deals through relationship‑driven engagement, this could be a great fit.
