Major Tasks & responsibilities:
Implement sales strategies to optimize growth, market share and profitability to meet or exceed Covestro EP short and long-term business objectives in responsible area set by Cluster Head;
Listens to and understands the account’s current and future (and value chain partner’s) specific needs as well as its position in the value chain and industry;
Offers price suggestions/direction for the account’s value chain to achieve targeted market share and profit goals; Implement pricing strategies of products sold to the industry within the agreed limits provided by management team; Provide accurate sales forecast and take care of customer's payment;
