The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Developing long term collaborative projects with the potential customers
- Collect , analyze and share the key findings of competitive information to sales team
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Regular training to sales team on the product USP’s and latest applications / technologies
- Possibly conducting customer webinars on Ashland products
