Business Development Manager (Remote)


Location: Remote (India)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 3 pm to 12 am (with occasional overlap into different time zones based on the client requirements)

Reports To: Director, Business Development


Compensation and Benefits:


  • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 during the 3-month probation period
  • Revised to ₹40,000/month upon successful completion of probation, based on the performance criteria
  • Performance Incentive: ₹10,000 per recurring client.
