The Business Development Manager (Sales Officer) drives revenue growth by securing new corporate accounts and building relationships with real estate developers, architects, and enterprise clients. You will manage the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation to project turnover—collaborating with engineering teams to deliver custom tech solutions.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- New Business: Develop corporate accounts and identify strategic sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Network with developers, hotel operators, architects, designers, contractors, and MEPF consultants.
- Sales Pitches: Conduct product presentations and hands-on solution demonstrations.
- Proposals: Prepare commercial quotations, proposals, and presentations.
