As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into clients for Kratikal's VAPT and Compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop/execute sales strategies, conduct market/competitive analysis, and forecast sales.
  2. Optimize sales process by managing leads/pipeline/CRM, and ensure accurate reporting.
  3. Identify opportunities to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to reduce churn and increase recurring revenue by ensuring client satisfaction.
