Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets for the Personal Care Raw Ingredients portfolio.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, including cosmetics, skincare, haircare, toiletries, and personal care manufacturers.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their formulation and ingredient requirements.
  • Promote specialty and commodity ingredients through customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with principal suppliers and internal technical teams to introduce new products and innovative ingredient solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and pipeline reports.
