Position Overview The Business Development Manager for Payroll Services will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of our payroll platform Vayroll in the UAE. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored payroll solutions that meet client needs and comply with UAE labor laws.

This position will be employed under the Trans Skills Entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Vayroll payroll services and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
