Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop business development strategies;

2. Expand and maintain client and partner relationships;

3. Lead business negotiations and contract signing;

4. Coordinate internal resources to advance project execution;

5. Review cooperation results and optimize strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Five years of experience in business development or sales within the same industry;

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English;

3. International perspective and willingness to travel;

4. Experience leading a team of 10 or more;
