Role Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Business Development Manager who will take ownership of the full client acquisition cycle: from prospect identification to signed contract execution.
This role is responsible for building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, leading commercial discussions, and closing deals. The primary objective is clear: Convert prospects into leads and leads into long-term client contracts.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospect Generation & Market Outreach
• Identify and research potential clients in international markets
• Execute outbound outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, META ads)
• Develop and maintain a structured prospect pipeline
