We’re expanding in the Nordics and are hiring a Business Development (BDR) Manager to build and lead our Business Development function across the Nordics. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, developing, and scaling a high-performing team that generates qualified pipeline for our sales organisation.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership and play a key part in shaping our go-to-market success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-7 BDRs focusing on daily coaching, call feedback and skill progression.
  • Own BDR performance across activity, quality and pipeline creation & health metrics.
  • Recruit and onboard new BDRs as we scale the Nordics region.
  • Build and optimise outbound and inbound prospecting strategies tailored to the market....
