Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in outsourcing and offshoring solutions. The ideal candidate will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on building relationships with global clients seeking outsourcing solutions. You will play a key strategic role in scaling our business and will report directly to the Chief Country Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the outsourcing/offshoring sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, research, and outbound activities.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to craft tailored proposals and outsourcing solutions.
