We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join the New Business Development Office , supporting the acceleration of new strategic initiatives that contribute to ING's growth ambition.

Working within a dynamic, cross-functional environment, the Business Development Manager plays a key role in shaping, validating, and preparing initiatives for implementation. Partnering closely with Business Leads, Tribes, and expert contributors across the organization, this role ensures initiatives are co-developed collaboratively, aligned with ING's strategic direction, and supported by strong governance and delivery readiness.
