About the Job:
BTN Solutions is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue generation, strategic accounts, and market expansion for our Cyber Security business unit.
The successful candidate will focus on driving revenues, managing key accounts, building high-level industry relationships, and leading a high-performing team, while leveraging internal and partner technical resources for solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)
•Own and deliver cyber security revenue targets and pipeline growth
•Drive enterprise and government sales through direct selling and partnerships
•Lead strategic deal pursuits, negotiations, and closures
•Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and reporting
2. Key Account Management & Industry Networking
•Manage and grow strategic enterprise, government, and institutional accounts
