Job Description

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5-10 years of experience in sales of banking and payment solutions within the Omani Market. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship across the banking sector and financial institutions in Oman and have a solid understanding of the domestic payment landscape. The BDM will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, perform market analysis and develop relationships with the management and senior staff in the banking and Financial Service Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute a sales plan for Oman’s market which meets ProgressSoft’s Strategy and Business plan.
  • Own and achieve annual sales targets in alignment with ProgressSoft’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage the whole sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through coordinating with Product Owners, Project Managers and Technical Team Leaders.
