The role

This is a true new-business role. You'll own the top of our funnel: finding fit D2C brands, getting into

conversations with their founders and growth leads, qualifying hard, and walking them up to a signed

retainer alongside the founder. It's a build-from-cold-start role, not an inbound-pipeline-management

one — so it suits someone who likes the hunt.


We're hiring for two phases, in this order:

Phase 1 (your first job): Win new clients — prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, tailoring the

pitch, handling objections and helping close.

Phase 2 (as you ramp): Grow and retain the accounts you closed — spotting upsell,

deepening relationships and becoming a full-cycle BD owner as you earn it.

You won't run campaigns — our delivery team does that. But you'll need to be credible enough on

performance marketing that a sharp D2C founder takes you seriously.
