We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the molecular diagnostics testing sector. This role is integral to expanding our Laboratory Management services for Physician Owned Labs (POLs). The ideal candidate possesses a robust sales acumen, deep industry insight, and a well-established network within the target markets. Remote role; anywhere in Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, or Texas


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Engage with clients directly, including practice-to-practice calls, to nurture potential sales opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at increasing market share in podiatry, dermatology, women’s health, and other specialty practices.
