OutsourcedIn is partnering with a NSW-based residential building company to hire an experienced
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to manage the full end-to-end sales cycle for residential construction projects across New South Wales.

This is a fully remote role responsible for generating opportunities, qualifying prospects, presenting proposals, negotiating, and converting clients into signed building contracts.

Candidates must have proven experience selling within the
Australian residential building and construction industry
and a strong understanding of NSW build pathways, pricing structures, and client decision timelines.
