Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth across markets
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
Develop and define sales strategies in collaboration with the team leader
Define and closely monitor sales targets, actuals vs. budgets, and root cause from deviations in performance
Identify, develop, and explore new segment for growth.
Develop strong partnerships and key accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across relevant industry segments
Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing customers and partners
Ensure ongoing renewal and optimization of subscription contracts
Leverage on existing customer relationships to generate new leads and business opportunities
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and professional deliveries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales/ Engineering
Experience in sustainability sector is a plus
