Business Development Manager – Malaysia (Urology Surgical Devices)
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven urology surgical experience to drive growth across Malaysia.
Your focus
Open and grow hospital and specialist urology accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, surgeons, and KOLs
Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) execution for urology surgical product launches
Drive pipeline growth through strategic account planning and joint calls
Track competitors, tenders, and market opportunities
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Regulatory teams
What success looks like (KPIs)
New urology hospital accounts opened within the first 6–12 months
Measurable revenue growth from the urology portfolio
Successful adoption of new urology surgical products
Strong surgeon engagement and repeat usage
Accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management
