Business Development Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, negotiation of agreements, retention of existing customers, and the development of strategic relationships with both clients and partners from platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora.

Simultaneously, the manager must stay updated on Etaily’s operational capabilities to ensure effective communication with brands.

Job Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Primarily responsible for lead generation and the acquisition of new clients as outlined in the annual business plan.

Leads all pitch meetings and develops customized proposals based on specific client requests.

Collaborates with the Finance team to ensure all costing proposals maintain profitability.
