We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Logistics Systems division, responsible for Poland and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region. In this role, you will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to regional sales strategy with emphasis mainly on the CEP (Courier, Express, Parcel) and W&D (Warehouse & Distribution) segments. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and expand relationships with existing customers, understanding their long-term needs and investment cycles 
  • Identify and engage new prospects, qualifying opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline
