Business Development Executive / Manager (Freight forwarding Hunter sales)
5 days, 9am-5:30pm
Address: UE Square Singapore (Fort Canning)
Salary: up to $5500 depending on experience + Commission, basic salary negotiable with good experience
Job Scope- Improve the company’s market position and achieve financial growth
- Meet and exceed objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of Business Development shipments and existing business penetration
- Identify target customers, initiate sales calls, pursue them and ultimately convert them into clients
- Work with Finance and Indoor Sales team on payment issues and follow up on payment with clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business
- Maintain general profit in line with set KPIs
- Prepare sales planning and forecasting activities
- Sourcing of rates from carriers, hauliers, offices and worldwide agents
