We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (GTM, Partnerships & Growth) - Venture AI
Lahore (Hybrid) | Reports to: CEO | Experience: 3+ years
Venture AI is expanding across three offerings:
Voice AI Platform (AI agents for calls, lead capture, scheduling, support)
Conversational Analytics Tool (chat-based BI, insights, forecasting, recommendations)
Data Services Division (data engineering, analytics, integrations, dashboards)
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead launch + expansion, build pipeline, drive revenue, and grow strategic partnerships.
What you'll own
GTM strategy & execution for new launches and market expansion
Lead generation + ICP mapping, segmentation, and outreach playbooks
CRM implementation & hygiene (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Email marketing campaigns (Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft)
Multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, Email, Calls, Social)
