Job Description

We are a growing digital marketing agency and we are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate leads and book qualified appointments for our sales team.
This role is 100% outbound focused. If you are experienced in lead research, cold outreach, and appointment setting, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Research and collect business leads from:
Google Maps
LinkedIn
Business directories
Company websites
Build and maintain clean, accurate lead lists (no fake or scraped data)
Identify decision-makers (Owners, Directors, Marketing Managers)
Conduct outreach via:
Cold email
LinkedIn messages
Follow up with prospects and book qualified appointments
Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-maker availability, and interest
Update lead sheets and report daily progress
