Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Cochin
Experience: 5 – 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions, or Revenue Operations in EdTech, Higher Education, Training, or Service Industry preferred
Salary : Upto 15 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Drive admissions growth and achieve assigned revenue targets through effective sales planning and execution.
* Manage the complete lead lifecycle, including lead allocation, tracking, follow-up, and conversion.
* Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely progression of leads towards admissions.
* Analyze and improve conversion rates from lead generation to enrollment.
* Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics and take corrective actions when required.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the Business Development team to achieve organizational objectives.
