Job Overview Nova Global is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (European Market). This role provides an opportunity to apply your expertise in logistics and e-commerce, develop tailored client solutions, build long-term partnerships, and contribute to the growth of a global organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international company or the logistics sector.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales across international European markets is essential 

  • Strong negotiation and business relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical thinking, strategic vision, and a result-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English (minimum strong B2 level in both written and spoken communication).
