Job Title: Business Development Manager – Karachi City

Job Purpose:

To establish and grow the company's business in a newly entered city by developing distribution, building key trade relationships, and driving sales of the company's dairy and FMCG product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a market entry plan for the new city, including territory mapping and channel strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and appoint suitable distributors and key wholesalers.
• Build strong relationships with modern trade, key accounts, and HoReCa where applicable.
• Lead negotiations for distribution agreements, trade terms, and credit limits.
• Set sales targets, route-to-market plans, and coverage models for the city.
