Business Development Manager (Outbound & Growth)
About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager who knows how modern outbound actually works, not just theory, but daily execution, targets, and conversions.You'll be managing 3 specialized outbound teams, each structured around specific channels (LinkedIn, Email, Marketplaces, and Social Communities), with clear KPIs, revenue targets, and daily activity benchmarks.This role is ownership-heavy — strategy, monitoring, optimization, and closing alignment.

What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Team & Pipeline Management
Manage 3 outbound sales teams (8 total reps) with defined revenue targets
Ensure daily outreach targets are met across all channelsTrack performance using Google Sheets dashboards (daily / weekly / monthly)
