Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in US IT Staffing sales to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a hunter role for someone who understands the US staffing landscape and knows how to close.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop direct US clients (mid-market & enterprise)
- Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Negotiate MSAs, rates, and contract terms
- Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
- Own and achieve monthly/quarterly gross margin targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
🔹 Required Experience:
- 2+ years in US IT staffing business development
- Proven billing history ($800K+ annual GM preferred)
- Experience with Direct Clients and/or MSP/VMS (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)
