Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)  with strong experience in US IT Staffing sales  to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

This is a hunter role for someone who understands the US staffing landscape and knows how to close.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and develop direct US clients  (mid-market & enterprise)
  • Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Negotiate MSAs, rates, and contract terms
  • Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
  • Own and achieve monthly/quarterly gross margin targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years in US IT staffing business development
  • Proven billing history ($800K+ annual GM preferred)
