Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in US IT Staffing sales to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a hunter role for someone who understands the US staffing landscape and knows how to close.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and develop direct US clients (mid-market & enterprise)
Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Negotiate MSAs, rates, and contract terms
Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
Own and achieve monthly/quarterly gross margin targets
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Required Experience:
2+ years in US IT staffing business development
Proven billing history ($800K+ annual GM preferred)
Experience with Direct Clients and/or MSP/VMS (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 models
Demonstrated ability to close new logos
