Position: Business Development Executive ( UAE, Middle East Market)

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for IT staffing (contract/permanent) in targeted Eastern regions
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.

  • Good Experience in UAE, Middle East Market
  • 2-6+ years of B2B sales experience specifically in IT staffing or recruitment agency
  • Strong knowledge of the IT hiring landscape in the Middle East
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in staffing for specialized IT verticals
  • IT, Oil and Gas client acquisition experience
  • Good in Lead Generating
