Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to close sales.

· Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.

· Meet daily KPI's including weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Manage and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.

· Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to close sales opportunities.

· Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and competitor activities.

· Prospect for new clients through networking, marketing, and referrals.

· Can participate in corporate events, property expos, and networking sessions.

Qualifications

· Bachelors

· Minimum 2 years of experience of calling in real estate high rise project sales.

· Knowledge of the local property market and trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
