Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Mumbai sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Execute sales strategies and drive business development in the Mumbai region.
- Manage CRM, sales funnel, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Mentor, train, and support the sales team for target achievement.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Support key customer meetings and deal closures.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns and lead generation.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Hardware sales with team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, sales strategy, and pipeline management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai.
